What happens
after you sign up?
Two things: a short intake form where you tell us about your channel and your buyers, and then the work itself, where we make every video readable and citable by AI. Here is exactly what we ask you for, and exactly what we do with it.
What will you need to give us?
About ten minutes and one intake form. Nothing technical, and nothing you have to look up.
The form does two jobs. The first few fields tell us where your videos live so we can get to work. The rest tell us who you are talking to and how you sound, so everything we write is findable by AI and still reads like you. You fill this out once, right after you sign up. We only use it to prepare your work, and it is never published anywhere.
So we know who we are working with and where to send your report. This is also how we reach you if a question comes up, so you are never left wondering where things stand.
This is the catalog we retrofit. We pull your videos from here, so this one field is what puts the work in motion. Just paste the link to your channel.
So we can see where your videos are embedded and how AI meets them on your own site. It also grounds us in your industry so the words we write match how your market actually talks.
So we can see what is already getting cited in your space and where the open ground is. Leave it blank and we will suggest three from your niche, so this never becomes homework.
Tell us the roles, industries, and what they are trying to solve. This decides which questions we optimize your videos to answer, so your catalog gets found by the people you actually want, not just anyone.
The real questions they type into a search box or ask on a call, one per line. This is the most valuable box on the form. AI answers questions, so the closer we match your videos to the exact questions your buyers ask, the more often you get cited.
A sentence on how you sound, plus a link or two, a blog post, an email, a script. We write your new titles and descriptions to match it, so the retrofit reads like you and not like a template.
Products launching, terms you never want misspelled, videos to prioritize. Anything here saves a round of back and forth later.
That is the whole form. Once it is in, the work is on us. You do not touch YouTube, you do not write anything, and you do not need to understand how AI reads video. That is our job.
What do we do with all of that?
We rebuild the words and structure around every video so AI models can read it, understand it, and cite it. Your footage never changes.
AI models cannot watch a video the way a person can. They rely on the text and structure attached to it. Most channels leave that text thin or wrong, which is why their videos stay invisible to AI even when the content is excellent. Here is each move we make, and why it matters.
Can AI read what is said in the video?
Yes, once it has an accurate transcript, so we produce one for every video.
Auto-captions are full of errors, and models trust what they can read. We deliver a clean, corrected transcript and captions on every video, with your names, products, and industry terms spelled the way you use them. This is the foundation everything else sits on.
Does AI know what each video is about?
It does when the title and description lead with the answer, so we rewrite both.
We give each video an answer-first title in the words your buyers actually search, then a description that states what the video resolves up front and describes what happens on screen. That is the format models pull from when they decide what to cite.
Can AI point someone to the exact moment they need?
Yes, with real chapters, so we break every video into labeled moments.
We split each video into timestamped sections with titles written as the questions a viewer is actually asking. A model can then send someone straight to the ninety seconds that answer them, instead of dropping a forty minute video on them.
Is the video labeled the way the platforms expect?
We set the tags and metadata so your video is sorted correctly.
These are the behind-the-scenes labels YouTube and the models use to understand what a video is about and who it is for. We set them deliberately around your buyers and their questions rather than leaving them empty or generic.
Does the channel itself help or hurt?
We clean up the channel so it works for you, then re-score everything.
Small channel-level fixes make the whole catalog read as a credible, organized source. When the retrofit is done we run your findability score again, so you can see the lift in plain numbers in your monthly report rather than taking it on faith.
One note on scope. This is the retrofit and cleanup layer, the work that makes your existing catalog findable. It is deliberately focused on the words, structure, and channel around your videos. As your catalog grows, the same treatment applies to every new video in your plan.
How long does it take, and what do you get back?
You get a re-scored catalog and a written report, and you can watch the number move month to month.
After we retrofit your videos, we score them again and send a report that shows where your AI findability stands and how you stack up against your competitors. On a monthly plan, that report comes every month, so you can see your catalog gaining ground with the models over time instead of guessing. The volume you choose sets how many videos we retrofit each month, and the effective per video rate drops as your volume goes up.
